A long-standing partnership with INDUSTEK – one of the leading industrial solutions companies in Lithuania – became a solid foundation for a new strategic step: the creation and implementation of an e-commerce platform.
This project focused on INDUSTEK’s goal to modernize its sales channels, improve product accessibility for both businesses and end customers, and offer the market a high-level user experience.
Our role as a strategic partner encompassed comprehensive MarCom and IT services – from business goal analysis and strategic planning to technical development, design, integrations, and marketing solutions. Every step was supported by consistent communication, thorough analysis, and the aim to create a system that is not only visually appealing but also functionally meaningful.
What we implemented:
Digital Strategy: We defined clear goals for the e-commerce system – both from the user experience side and from a technical architecture perspective.
UX/UI Design: We developed a solution focused on fast and precise product selection and ordering, including filtering logic, specifications, and detailed product pages.
Technical Implementation: We selected the right platform, developed it, and integrated it with internal systems (product management, inventory, payments, delivery).
The result – shop.industek.lt – a precise, user-friendly, and modern e-store that meets the needs of today’s business clients. It enables efficient ordering, effective management of technical parameters, and ensures a smooth buyer journey from product selection to payment.
